My 20 year old HVAC unit stopped functioning suddenly in late June. I contacted Airika Gilmore, the office manager at CandelTech Services, about replacing the unit. She made the entire experience as easy as possible. We discussed several options for replacement and once we agreed on a new unit, she scheduled the job to meet my schedule. She personally came to the job site and oversaw the entire operation. The 2 installers arrived promptly on time and had the entire HVAC unit replaced and operational in under 4 hours. Another Candel Tech technician Patrick Mattis came by a short time later to double check the operational status of the new unit, insure I was comfortable with how to program it, and answer any questions. All the staff were extremely polite and respectful. The new unit is operating perfectly and I am very happy with my purchase.
