My 20 year old HVAC unit stopped functioning suddenly in late June. I contacted Airika Gilmore, the office manager at CandelTech Services, about replacing the unit. She made the entire experience as easy as possible. We discussed several options for replacement and once we agreed on a new unit, she scheduled the job to meet my schedule. She personally came to the job site and oversaw the entire operation. The 2 installers arrived promptly on time and had the entire HVAC unit replaced and operational in under 4 hours. Another Candel Tech technician Patrick Mattis came by a short time later to double check the operational status of the new unit, insure I was comfortable with how to program it, and answer any questions. All the staff were extremely polite and respectful. The new unit is operating perfectly and I am very happy with my purchase. Again, Airika made the entire process much easier and expeditious than I imagined. I highly recommend CandelTech Services.

I have used CandleTech before and I was very pleased. Last year they had a senior special so I wanted to use them this year out of loyalty. Patrick came out and removed covers and thoroughly checked everything. He did a great job. Thank you

Very professional and fast to replace our AC and get us out of the heat! Also good solution options offered without aggressive upselling, ranging between no more than necessary replacement options(part versus unit), to full system replacement options for more comfort and cost savings. They do what they say they'll do. This is our second purchase and service from CandelTech.

Patrick arrived early , got straight to servicing my system. I took a service contract for the next year to make sure Candletech are keeping my system in good shape

We have used CandelTech for a while now and will continue too. Their techs are courteous and informative. Their communication is good, they send out a reminder of your appointment time and their arrival time. No pressure selling done.

Excellent service by Mike McCarthy from Candeltech. He informed us of his arrival, so we could plan our day, and he proceeded to diagnose the issues with our A/C.
He kept us up to date about each item he worked on. Going forward, he made specific recommendations to keep our units serviceable. It’s nice and cool in the house now, thanks to his efforts.

Mike McCarthy did an amazing job. He is extremely thorough, he explained everything he was doing, and really went above and beyond to help me and my family get our AC back to where it should be. He also came on very short notice which was crucial. Thank you very much! 100% would recommend.

Our A/C went out on a Saturday and they got someone out to me Monday morning! Our neighbor recommended Mike so we were thrilled to find out he would be our tech. As new home owners he was super informative, gave helpful tips and fixed our problem pretty quickly. We would recommend Mike to our entire neighborhood and are so glad our neighbors recommended him!

Mike McCarthy is a senior tech for this company and was just as nice as could be and so quick and helpful. I am sure I will be nice and comfy all summer long with AC at peak performance.
